Panama launched an international cooperation program that provides 30 scholarships for university students from Spain (10), South Korea (10), Chile (5) and Mexico (5) to complete a semester of studies in the country Central American, informed an official source today. This first call of the Student Mobility Program launched by the Panamanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is part of the National Cooperation Plan "Panama Coopera". The Panamanian Foreign Ministry stressed that this is an "unprecedented initiative that seeks to promote the mobility of students through the exchange."
