Selena Gomez's mom was hospitalized for reconciling her daughter with Justin!

Panama launched an international cooperation program that provides 30 scholarships for university students from Spain (10), South Korea (10), Chile (5) and Mexico (5) to complete a semester of studies in the country Central American, informed an official source today.
